Be still and know that I am God.  (Psalm 46:10)

This biblical passage takes on new meaning when you watch this time-lapse video by Austrian filmmaker Matze Obmascher, who spent over and a year and half completing his project. In the footage we see the constant movement of nature; how it changes, ebbs and flows. Although we tend to think of nature as quiet and still, it is more often full of movement, and rich with sound, motion, and change. We need to be still enough to appreciate it and let it both humble and delight us. The same is true in our life with God — He invites us to be still in order to perceive His movement in our lives. The natural world is a perfect metaphor for that.
